The " Memory of Caricature " project cartoon contest- Egypt 2021
The " Memory of Caricature " project, in cooperation with the Egyptian Caricature Association, announces the holding of an exhibition of caricature portraiture on the 25th of March 2021 , in conjunction with the celebration of the Egyptian Cartoon Day
Theme :
- the satirical writer " Yaqoub Sanoua " (1839-1912), the first person to introduce the art of caricature into the Egyptian press , founder of "Abu Nazara Zarka" magazine in 1878
- The contest is open to all cartoonists all over the world, over
the age of 18, regardless of nationality, religion, and gender
Rules :
- Each participant can submit up to 3 works, in 300 dpi in JPG format., A3 size ( 297 X 420 mm. ) and free techniques.
- deadline for receiving the works is January 31, 2021 to the following email :

- The top three places are awarded souvenirs.
- The rest of the participants receive certificates of participation.
- Caricatures can be used for any promotion purposes
(Printing, websites, Newspapers, posters,... etc)
